- Una has extensive experience as an HR/ER practitioner, having worked across a diverse range of sectors including not for profit, state government, disability services and education.
- As a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant with the Department of Health and Human Services, Una was responsible for advising on complex employee relations matters including serious misconduct, unsatisfactory performance and workplace bullying. Una is therefore well versed in navigating the various complexities of Award andEnterprise Agreement compliance.
